Return Policy

Refunds for hosiery items will only be given for hosiery items that are not opened.
Postage is non-refundable. Postage/delivery costs for items being returned/exchanged is the customer’s responsibility.

Requests for cash refunds and/or Credit Card refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

Call Heavenly Hosiery’s Customer Service Team. Explain the reason(s) you are returning the merchandise. Customer Service rep will give you a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. This MRA# must accompany all returned merchandise and must be written/printed on the shipping label if merchandise is being returned by mail.
HH, LLC reserves the right to refuse to process refunds/exchanges if item(s) are returned without an MRA#.
